Billing:

All charges processed through Organic Vape Juices will appear on your billing statement under the descriptor “Organic Vape Juices”. This includes initial purchases, subscription renewals, and any one-time orders. If you have questions about a charge, please contact our support team at support@organicvapejuices.com prior to initiating a chargeback.

PACT Act Compliance & Age Verification

We comply with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to purchase vapor products.

We utilize third-party age verification systems at the time of purchase and may require additional identity verification before order fulfillment. Orders that fail age verification will be canceled.

Shipping & Adult Signature Requirement
